| The 1D-2T system represents one of our trade-mark products. It consists a fixed frame with one upper platen and two additional motorized platens. The motorization allows the two platens to travel alternately in and out of the press frame and guarantees the operators maximum accessibility. Panel preparation, are simple and fast. |

| The other main benefit of the 1D-2T system is its ability to reduce idle times to virtually zero. The two independent and motorized platens make it possible to prepare one panel whilst the other one is still curing in the press. |

| Polycraft/PUF can offer a range of standard machine sizes which include lengths between 3500 mm to 6500 mm and width 1500 mm. |

This is an extension of the 1D+2T system, maintaining all its advantages and, thanks to two additional platens, doubling the production capacity.

| The 2D+4T system can be supplied as a complete unit or as an extension of an existing 1D+2T machine. The two systems share the main ancillary equipment and may be completed with handling devices for facings and panels. The sized of the machines are modified to the customer’s needs, depending on the specification of the finished products. |
